Clean environment and friendly staff. Came here for the first time they were very nice, but the job they didn't wasn't good. I got a pedicure they finished within 25 mins did the basic that I could do at home. I still have flakes of dead skin on my heels and my toe. Its still hard and doesnt even feel like I got anything done

Went as a walk-in customer for a manicure and pedicure on a weekend (Sunday) which they were very accommodating. My nail tech did an excellent job, was quick, very attentive and made this the most relaxing and enjoyable experience after a very stressful week; I even got the hot stone treatment added to my foot massage! Wow! I would recommend as well as be returning. Nice to have this salon local (have used another franchise location in Orangeville, ON).
Not pleased with the service. My service was subpar at best. Waited 40 minutes only to be rushed with my pedicure. Very disappointed
Very disappointed in the quality of the manicure and gel application I recieved today. There is gel on my skin around my nails, and the French tips are missing paint all over. Most dissapointingly, the base colour was applied so far away from my cuticles they look a week grown out. If the lighting had been better, perhaps both the nail tech and I would have noticed it and fixed it before I left.
